Welcome to Matcha Sport. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and services. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the App and any content you contribute.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App is the property of Matcha Sport or its licensors. Unauthorized use may violate copyright and trademark laws.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Matcha Sport offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Available plans and pricing are displayed in the App. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

5.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate.

5.3 Free Trial

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
• Matcha Sport does not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5.5 Managing Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Matcha Sport
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Matcha Sport

6. Prohibited Activities

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's integrity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for violating these Terms or harmful conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

Matcha Sport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your App usage.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
